Europe Rail Travel

Hey all,
My husband and I are planning a trip beginning of June to Europe. Taking the Eurostar to Amsterdam, then trains to Germany, Paris, etc.
My husband is registered disabled, and is a blue badge holder.
Is there such a thing as cheaper rail tickets for disabled passengers, or a free carer ticket, for example?
Don't want to book full price fares if we could potentially get a reduced ticket.
Thanks for any help
Paul

Forgot to mention, we have got reduced prices for the Eurostar already.
And my husband is not in a wheelchair, but has mobility issues.0 -
Seat61 has a page that is wheelchair-focussed but does include mention of other disabilities:

Depending on what you are doing in Germany and your dates, there is a 49 euro ticket on the trains that covers you for a calendar month. It includes some local buses, trams, etc. May be worth looking at to see if it suits you.1

I think interrail do a free caregiver pass so you could look at whether that would be worthwhile. Otherwise I think each country has different provision (like UK disabled person railcard)1
