Capital One increases

Hello how common are 4th statement increases with capital one now ive just had it come through but cant see anything its still the initial limit of £200 do they write to you or are you given the 30days notice thing yes i am aware not everyone gets them just curious if they will

    Banks normally write / message you to offer you an increase unless you set it up to automatically accept them - even then they usually tell you and that they will apply it unless you say no, there is notice.

    As to how common - how long is a piece of string, what others have got has no relevance as each situation is unique - if they think you are worth it, they will. If you had the card for say 6 months and can show proper use (spend, pay in full by DD after the statement) then you could try asking for one.
