Abbey systems down!

Im soooo glad theres somewhere to vent as little details, that banks think people overlook and think oh well, I'll just pay it to avoid the hassle must make them millions and destroys the lives of those valuing their every last 12p!
Here goes:
Abbeys IT systems keep going down.
Ring the call centre: I would like to help you but I cant access that information at the moment.
Go the the ATM: sorry the bank is not responding?
Online banking: sorry this is currently not available.
In the bank ok, finally...they say from those days you have recieved charges for failed payments etc.
It takes forever to resolve these and Abbey think if you have had 3 or more charges in one year then they wont repay anyway?
It seems a little bit strange...daylight robbery.
Banks should be investigated for this.

The banks are being investigated for all kinds of things at the moment.
Why not just change bank, if Abbey are that awful? By staying with them,, you are showing that you find their service acceptable.0
