Does Chase cashback count towards PSA?

Hi! With interest rates up, this year is the first time I'm having to watch my interest earned going over my PSA of £1000. My question is if anyone knows whether the 1% cashback on all spending that Chase offers counts towards this or not please? I did an online chat with them, and it was clear they didn't have a clue what I was asking & made up an answer!
TIA!

I've seen it somewhere on here that cashback does not count as income.0

No, it’s cashback not interest. Think of it as a discount on the price paid for goods or services.roopoo337 said:Hi!
