Building Safety Act confident/competent Conveyancers?

Question is as the title read, sincerely hope I'm not breaking rules for requesting solicitors recommendations, but my query is not to do with "who's the cheapest", just who's capable.
I'm taken aback more by how the national solicitors market has reacted to the BSA. I understand it's a massively impactful piece of legislation, and practioners need time for the dust to settle, to establish interpretations, for fine details to be discussed and ironed out etc.
But I've read of firms now just completely disregarding the leasehold market for transaction, I've had 3 ant-feeler phone calls just end 3mins in with "we don't work on units in high-rise blocks", and as much as I'd like to phone call every solicitor within the North East,
Can anyone just recommend me the handful it seems that actually want the money on the table?

I was searching for this as trying to sell my flat in a HRB which has already had cladding all done and has the EWS1 (also in the north east) and having the same problem, it's ridiculous. Although I've found a solicitor, buyer still hasn't instructed one 2 weeks after I accepted their offer...
I went through conveyancing index which was v helpful as they could rule out anyone who wouldn't take it for me. Ended up with TQ law who are based near Manchester.
In the north east, I also had a reasonable quote from KPI Law (Whitley Bay) and an extortionate one from Knights (Gosforth) - but both would do it.
Our mortgage advisor recommended one in London, Lawrence Stephens, but I don't really know anything about them, except that they will take on properties affected by the BSA.
Hope that helps. I'll keep following the thread too in case anyone posts something I can send to my estate agent to suggest to buyer. Not optimistic that the whole process hasn't completely put him off though0 -
Hi
We have a couple of sale going through and have sales that have completed on the Ochre Yards development in Gateshead - the buyers used https://www.gordonbrownlaw.co.uk/
They took over from other solicitors that wouldn't act because of the issues you have both mentioned0
