Octopus Tracker changing from Loyal to Tracker

The existing tracker expired in July 2024 but I decided to change it 1 week ago and did not realise Early exit fees applied £150 in total for duel fuels, when checking afterwards it clearly states this fee.
Just a note for anyone considering the same.
Early days so far look's good for summer but of course higher over winter when pricing increases.
There are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:

    To be very clear octopus tracker has no exit fees

    Sounds like your previous tariff was a Fixed tariff which historically did have exit fees. Check on an old bill.

    Octopus only do one account called Tracker and it has never had any exit fees.
