Principality Building Society website, unable to log in.

Options
It is not possible to log on to the "Your Account" section of their website because of "Website Maintenance". 
I assume this cannot be planned as we are only a couple of days into the new tax year.

    I can log in just says transactions are limited due to maintenance.
    "You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "
  • I should have explained, that is what I meant by "Partially Resolved"
    However it seems to have gone back to its previous state of Log In not being possible because of "Website Maintenance".

    Maintenance is never planned for the working day. As well as customers . Internally the staff will impacted from conducting their daily routines by the issue(s).

    I was in branch late morning and they were just coming back from some IT issues. After a short wait I was able to get my passbooks updated. Seems like it was not just a website issue.

    A lot of them seem to be down. There's a thread about NS&I (although I can log in). Skipton isn't working. Must be meltdown as its the first working day of the tax year and everyone's moving money around 
    I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

    IT breaks from time to time. IT departments always fix it.

    It’s usually when making a change and you need to roll back, maybe to accommodate a change in ISA rules for example….
