I have had a new garden wall built and paid in full including waste disposal.
No builder, or contact for 2 weeks and I still have quite a lot of waste
AND more importantly to me builder had left a cement mixer.
Any advise on what I can do about the cement mixer as. I can take the waste to the tip but I think, in law, I don’t own the cement mixer

Contact the builder in writing, asking that he collect the waste as per the contract, and his cement mixer, otherwise after 14 days you will sell the cement mixer and use the proceeds to pay someone to collect the waste.MazeyGolowan said:I have had a new garden wall built and paid in full including waste disposal.

As above about the waste ^^.
It isn't your waste now. The builder was the 'producer' of the waste and is now responsible for its safe and legal transfer to a waste disposal station. He became the producer when he demolished the previous wall and decided that the resultant rubble could not be reused or recycled.
Builders large and small often lease equipment like cement mixers rather than buy. Check the mixer for any labels such as 'Speedy Plant Hire'. If labelled, don't try to sell it. Call the hire company instead.2
