InvestEngine overdue accounts

InvestEngine, featured in the MSE tables, has a very competitive offer. However, the Companies House website shows its accounts are now overdue. This is despite there being filings of other sorts in recent days. Some nominee companies also seem to have late filing. Is this a concern?

It's not so uncommon. The accounts are only a few days late. Let's see if they get a notice of strike off...

Trading company accounts were filed 3rd May 2024, Holding company accounts remain outstanding and overdue.
