Just got an email saying they had made a mistake on the ISA certificate and it now excludes any ISA interest.

I have just looked and whereas it previously had my ISA interest it now has interest of £0.00.

Good to hear that the ISA interest issue appears to have been resolved - now all they need to do is make the figure on the annual certificate match the total amount of interest they actually paid out !

This subject crops up every year (I seem to recall a thread dedicated to it a while back) and is something to do with rounding up or down to the nearest penny, IIRC. OK, mine is only 3p out and it's not going to make a difference in the grand scheme of things, but it's irritating if you need to get everything right for self-assessment and your figures don't match. It's also the only bank I've come across where this is an issue.

On the SA form it is rounded down to a whole number of £ anyway.
