Got the cancellation email
Ordered on the 27th, but shows as validated on my Quidco account, so does that mean they took the money????
If they did does not that constitute a contract??
PS It still shows online at the price we ordered but now "Out of stock - no longer available from the supplier"
It was only released 6 weeks ago so how come they can't get stock....the north will rise again...0 -

I have just got off the phone with TESCO... and they have said that they pulled the deal as they have spotted the pricing mistake and they refferred me to their terms and conditions :....

Prices
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the web site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order and which will be displayed in the 'Help' section of the web site. Where items are ordered pre-release, an estimated retail price will be given, in which case the price charged may be different, as the order may have been placed as much as three months prior to release. Please note that online prices may vary from those in store.0 -

Is it that this show is too expensive for BBC and other networks to broadcast on a daily mid evening slot.
This is by far one of the most amazing things I have seen on television. A friend once told me that its a bit too technical, witty and smart for the viewers, so too much thinking makes it a crappy show. haha much like great foreign movies and people that cant be bothered with subs reading. oh well.
I dont know. Anyways good one on the £5 voucher you all got. At least you got something back as this was clearly a revenue making misprice.Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"0 -
