What sort of existing customer balance transfer offers does Santander offer?

My existing BT promotional rate with Santander is coming to an end soon, so I was wondering whether I should plan to close the card immediately (I plan to pay it off) or leave it open in the hope of getting an existing customer BT offer. Can anyone give any examples of what existing customer BT offers they've had from Santander recently?

Santander offers me BTs regularly but there's often a gap of a couple of months between each offer. I have a Santander card which had a BT but was cleared a couple of months ago, I have never been offered a BT from them, I will get around to closing it at some point as it's fairly useless as a card as limit is only around £2500 and I can get offers from either a new card or existing cards with better limits
