Contempt of court

Hi, my divorce went to a final hearing in 2021, my ex was ordered to pay pay set amounts by a certain time and date. Paid two, but has not paid the one due. Do I contact a family solicitor moving forward?
Any help would be much appreciated.

If your in contact with your ex you could politely nudge them to pay up. If this fails I would move to a court hearing for enforcement of the order.
it would be up to the court to issue any punishment for the for violating the order probably a small fine with a time scale to pay.
you just want it enforced right so you’d be asking for them to complete the final payment in a reasonable time frame.

Still due 2 payments, judge ordered same date and time for payment, due to ex being noncompliant throughout proceedings, hence going to a final hearing.
I emailed a reminder 2 weeks previous to payment due, as I did last year.0
