Tulo Energy - anyone used them?

They come up as the cheapest for me by a fair bit with no exit fees. Variable yes but being a small provider may be able to stay cheap and apparently have been going a few years and survived the energy crisis that knocked many out of the market.
There's no trustpilot reviews for them but noted some on here did join them in Summer last year so wondered how things were with them? I've been SOLR'd twice and it wasn't awful so willing to give another small company a chance as they might be cheaper without the big call centres to run etc.
