Just park me driving my tracked car around

We are in Morocco and left our car at Stanstead airport we paid just park me.

our car is tracked and we can see it being driven around. It has been moved three times today and we can see where it is at all times.

I have written to just park me demanding an explanation but no reply and I can’t get hold of them on the phone?

shall I call the police? Has it been stolen?

We are on holiday and paid just park me meet and greet for long term car park. We drove to stanstead and a guy from just park me was supposed to take our car to long term car park.

We keep getting alerts that our car is being moved. It is being used everyday and we are keeping evidence.

Have tried emailing them and calling but can’t hold of anyone.

Now I’m researching just park me and finding loads of people complaining about this and even having parking tickets and speeding traffic violations ect letters weeks later.

They probably didn’t think our MG4 has such a good tracking feature.

What shall I do please has anyone got experience with this sort of thing?

Personally I would never leave my car with these meet and greet services, heard too many stories of them using peoples cars for personal use.
Has it moved far? I suppose they may say they are just re-arranging allt he cars they look after in different car parks etc, although I would still be suspicious if they said that.
There is an urgent contact number on their website,  0203 318 9792 so I guess +44 203 318 9792 from outside the UK, might be worth trying that if they are taking the proverbial.

    How far is it moving.
Long stay car park where local meet & greet store the cars often move them round the car park to get others out when owners come back.
Very poor parking given the size of the car park.

Could always ring local police & say you are on holiday & noticed your car is being driven, as such believe it is being stolen...

I'd check how far it is actually moving as they are likely to move it around the parking lot, they often really cram them in to the parking lots they use so need to shift them regularly, though they should organise them.in some sort of order of when the owner is returning.
The app on my Hyundai does show each individual journey so I can see how far it has been driven, how long, max speed etc. Does your MG4 app show that?

Justparkme are an agent for other parking companies. As such you have agreed to the T&C's of the company they have introduced you to. Who is that company and what are the T&C's you signed up to? Did you even read them?

There are a couple of meet & greet / offsite parking service which have their own compounds at Stansted. I love Meet & Greet being one which has been around for a long time and pretty reputable. Even with them the car will move around their secure facility whilst you are away.

Some of these secure parking locations can be some distance form the airport i know of one airport parking site that is used by meet and greets that is a good 40 minutes form one airport .
If you can track the vehicle at all times, why not use google maps to see where it is ?
If its not being moved form one site to another and is being used for fun/as a run around then check the T's and C's if it says moved to a secure location and its not then you may have cause to demand a refund/chargeback, plus charge for any mileage
