Ordered two of the same item from ebay, only one arrived and send via Amazon not RM as described.

I ordered two of a product from ebay. Package arrived and there is only one of the item, plus it seems to have come from and be delivered by Amazon rather than delivered by Royal Mail which is what the delivery info on the auction says it should have come by. There is tracking but with no number. I have just looked at the sellers feedback and there seems to be a few negatives of them sending only one of an item. 

How do I proceed from here?

Raise a SNAD as you did not receive what you ordered, can't do INR as they likely can prove delivery.

Ask them for the 2nd item.  Could be the seller has an Amazon shop also or the items are cheaper on Amazon so
they dropshipped.

Missing items happen, bought a handheld tool with 100 disposable accessories.  The accessories arrived with no tool, seller
asked for proof... I replied how can I prove something is not here, they then asked for pictures of what I do have..

A rather abrupt reply that I have the accessories and your listing says tools and accessories just send me the tool or should
I open a dispute and send the accessories back because they are useless to me.

Still took a couple of more messages to chase them with the usual its being posted, girl was out so it will be posted tomorrow.
Eventually it arrived.

Amazon use RM. Sellers on Ebay use Amazon. Both extremely common practices.

I've had something very similar recently - ordered two of an item from an eBay seller. One arrived by Amazon - and the following day, the second one arrived, also from Amazon. Might be worth another waiting a day or two, OP.

(Strange thing was that the same seller was charging more for them on Amazon than they were on eBay.)
