I don't know how much it will help but if it's warm enough keep the window open at night. they are attracted to the carbon dioxide you breath out so this may reduce it a bit.
I thought I had these during the second winter lockdown. Turned out that despite the grouping and location of bites and 3 weeks of obsessive cleaning it was stress. But you have a clear photo.I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

I think I would go for vacuum packing all the clothes that aren't regularly used, bung each bag in the freezer for a few days. Leave them vacuum packed until you are sure the blighters are gone. good luck30+ years working in banking0
