You'll have to try it. Its normal for credit cards to be able to be paid off with a credit card. If you go online you should have the option to do it
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

I think you can with nationwide, but only over the phone.

I don’t currently hold either of these - it’s two I’ve been offered, and I’m trying to work out which to go for. I know Barclaycard allows it, but not NatWest unfortunately.

    Good to know, thank you

Everything I can find indicates TSB do not accept debit card payments. Happy to be proven wrong.

Natwest and HSBC also don't, although I appreciate they're outside the scope of your enquiry.

I never had a problem using a debit card paying Barclaycard or Lloyds so I would expect BOS and Halifax to be the same. Through with Lloyds I would not leave it close to the DD date as the DD could still be requested
Check the CC statement  for payments options
I have a Select Nationwide CC
DC payments 24hr telephone automated service
Skipton excepts DC payments to savings accounts
YBS excepts DC payments but  sometimes the payments can be declined when you try to many transactions at the one time

LBG (incl Lloyds, BOS, Halifax, MBNA) all accept debit cards, although given the option is increasingly hidden I wouldn't count on it being there long term. Amex are also making the process more and more convoluted.

@Bridlington1 's excellent list is the definitive article for saving cards which accept debit card payments.

Halifax and Lloyds same group, rules are the same with regards to DD - if you pay early enough, they amend the DD to take only what is left, if there isn't enough time between payment and DD, they take it all

I have paid Lloyds from my bank but using the secure banking thing where they transfer you between apps and you confirm the payment so like the process of using a debit card but simpler and quicker if OP wants to consider that option

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
