By participating, the entrant agrees to the contents of these terms and conditions.

1. Maximum one entry per person
2. ENTRY: To enter the prize draw participants (“Entrants”) must complete the form and accept the terms and conditions on the Prize Draw landing page on the Prize Promoter's website: wanderlust.co.uk/competition (the “website”).
3. TERM: The “Entry Period” commences at 00:01 a.m. GMT on 15 March 2024 and ends at 23:59 GMT on 15 May 2024.
4. The Promoter of this competition is Wanderlust Travel Media.
5. The Providers of this prize are First Class Holidays and CanaDream.
6. ELIGIBILITY: This prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom only, i.e. England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales., aged 18 years or over older as of date of entry.
7. PRIZE DRAW RULES: No purchase is necessary to enter or win this prize draw. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Prize Providers and Promoter and any sponsors (“Released Parties”); any promotional companies or advertising agencies participating in the prize draw and employees of their respective affiliates and subsidiaries; any persons involved in the creation, development, or implementation of this prize draw; and any other persons or entities directly associated with this prize draw and any members of their immediate families or households are ineligible to participate. Entries for the prize draw must be received prior to the expiration of the prize draw Entry Period. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.
8. Entrants must have a valid email address to enter. One entry per email address. Each entrant is responsible for the accuracy of the information included in his/her entry. Multiple entries from the same person will render all entries void. The odds of winning the Prize will be determined by the actual number of eligible entries received. The prize is not transferable or assignable, or redeemable for cash or any other consideration, and no substitutions will be allowed. Prizes are subject to availability and Prize Providers reserve the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Prize Providers decision on the alternative prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. By participating, Entrants and the Prize Winner agree to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses to persons or property as well as claims/actions based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy that may arise from participating in this Prize Draw or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use of misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prizes.
10. PRIZE DETAILS - GRAND PRIZE/VALUE: One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The Prize consists of one (1) pair of Economy flights to Vancouver departing from the UK and 10-nights RV rental:

1. Conditions of flights prize: The prize must be booked at least 8 weeks before desired travel date, and travel completed by 31st October 2025, blackout periods apply. Airline preference is subject to availability and at the discretion of First Class Holidays. Conditions of RV rental: 10-night RV rental. Pick up & Drop off at any CanaDream station (Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto, Montreal or Halifax). One way subject to availability. One way subject to availability. Flights and RV rental must be completed by 31st October 2025. Prize must be booked at least 8 weeks before desired travel date. Prize winner must pay refundable security deposit of $1,750 by credit card at time of online check in - 5 days before pick up. Credit card holder must be present at pick up. Rental can be extended, subject to availability at prize winner's own cost.
2. Prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and the prize will be forfeited if not taken. Names and dates of travel cannot be altered once booked. Prize Providers will not extend validity of prize under any circumstances.
3. The Prize winner is responsible for obtaining proper travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas etc), travel insurance, ground transportation and all other costs, expenses and taxes that are not specifically included above. Prize Providers are not responsible if winner is denied entrance into any country for any reason.
4. Accommodation, travel expenses and insurance are not included. Prize winner must get any required inoculations and/or required medical forms completed to clear them for travel. All expenses not specifically and expressly provided herein are the responsibility of the Prize winner, including, without limitation, accommodation, city taxes, and incidental charges.
5. DRAWING & NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected using a computer process that produces verifiably random results. The prize draw will be made on or around 20 May 2024 and will take place at the Wanderlust Travel Media office located at Capital House, 25 Chapel Street, London, NW1 5DH, United Kingdom.
6. Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number submitted in their entry and will have three (3) business days from notification to confirm their prize. Contact shall be deemed to have been made with a Contestant if a representative of the Prize Organizer is able to speak by telephone directly with the Contestant (and not via voicemail or any form of automated call service) or the Prize Organizer is satisfied (at its sole discretion) that any email notification sent by the Prize Organizer has been received by the Entrant. If prize notifications are returned as non-deliverable, or after two notifications no response is received, the potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited, and Prize Promoter may, in its sole discretion, award the prize to an alternate winner selected from all eligible entries received.
7. CONDITIONS: By participating in this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Prize Providers, which are final in all matters relating to this prize draw and acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules. Each entrant acknowledges that the Privacy Policy found on www.fcholidays.com and the Privacy Policy found on www.canadream.com are hereby incorporated by reference and apply to the submission of entries pursuant to these Official Rules.
8. By participating in this prize draw, each entrant hereby agrees to Prize Providers collection and usage of the entrant’s personal information and acknowledges that entrant has read and accepted the above-referenced Privacy Policies and Terms of Use.
9. Prize Promoter is in no way liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries, or acceptance and use of the prize. Prize Providers and its agents shall have no liability or responsibility for injuries, damages or liabilities caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the contest or the use or misuse of a prize.
10. Prize Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the contest should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the contest and award the prize from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation or suspension.
11. Prize Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant(s) or cancel their entry, if they enter or attempt to enter this Contest in a manner that does not comply with these Rules. Any decision of the Promoter regarding this aspect of the Prize draw is final. All rights reserved.
12. DATA PROTECTION: Entries remain the property of the Prize Promoter. Any personal data collected and provided to the Prize Providers will be subject to the Privacy Policy located at Privacy Policy for First Class Holidays | First Class Holidays (fcholidays.com) and at www.canadream.com/privacy-policy/. The Prize Providers will only use the personal data of the Prize Winner, and their travel companion, for the purposes of administrating the Prize redemption, unless the Prize Winner provides express consent signifying their agreement to any processing or use of their personal data for marketing purposes. If you are required to submit a third party’s personal information to enter or participate in the Prize Draw, you must ensure that the person whose details you submit has given their consent for you to provide us with their details. All entrants may have their details removed from our database by contacting us via electronic form, via email marketing@fcholidays.com or via the unsubscribe messages in emails sent by us.
13. Entrants, particularly Prize Winners, acknowledge that your name and or image may be required to be used in publicity if you are selected as the Winner, however we will not publish any personal information without your prior consent.
14. DISPUTES: The Prize draw, and these terms and conditions, are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
