How long do CRAs take to show that you are added to Electoral Roll?

My partner and I are in the process of buying our second property. Our mortgage broker was confident that we were (very!) comfortably within our borrowing range but our application was declined by Clydesdale to his surprise.
We then pulled our credit reports via Check my File, shared these with him and we think we have discovered the source of the issue, my partner was not on the electoral roll and we both (rather clumsily) had bank accounts registered to our previous addresses. It was silly of us but something we since corrected. Our addresses have now been updated and are showing on our credit reports at the correct address but we are still waiting for his Electoral Roll confirmation to show.
We have had confirmation from the council and have received the certificate of proof which includes his ER number but none of the CRAs are reporting this. The council advised that CRAs were notified on the 2nd of April so it hasn't be too long to be fair but just want to get an idea of how long we might be waiting and if anyone knows of any way we can speed this up?
Current vendors and estate agents have been very patient with us but ideally don't want to keep them waiting too much longer!!

The 'live' CRA reports will be updated more quickly than the ones you see on your phone apps. Usually the apps we see on our phone are updated once a month, sometimes a little more often, but mostly once a month - but any real-time activity is recorded more quickly at the CRA direct. I can't say exactly how long it would take, as I'm sure someone somewhere has to review the data and apply it (although that in itself is probably automated) - but if the council have submitted the data - it shouldn't be too long before the 'live' reports can see it. (And it's usually when you apply for a credit product the live file is accessed). As you say - it's something you should have put in order a while ago, so you're having to play catch-up. Hopefully those waiting will be patient for everything to update.1
