2019 Citroen Berlingo with repeated adblue emissions faults - HELP ANYONE?

We purchased our 3rd Citroen Berlingo used van in August 2023 for my husband's business as a mobile locksmith. To date it has been returned SIXTEEN times following the "emissions fault. It will be impossible to start this vehicle after X miles" message. (the number of miles changes from 700, 300 and today only 100 miles!!)
We gave the seller 14 attempts to fix it (complying with section 55 of the Consumer Rights Act) and now are on our 3rd time returning it to a Citroen dealer to attempt to resolve.
The seller will not reimburse us for the cost of the repairs to date under sections 55 & 56 of the CR Act and before we tell the seller we wish to reject the vehicle (last attempt using the CR Act) we wondered whether anyone has had any similar experience? Or has advice on what we can do.
I have asked our Legal Cover whether they can represent us (no reply as yet) and understand commercial vehicles aren't covered under the Motor Ombudsman.
Are the only other options to report this to Citizens Advice and potentially Trading Standards?
Shouldn't Citroen have to do something? The adblue system is clearly NOT fit for purpose. We had no issues with our previous two Berlingo vans.
All advice very welcome.
Thank you.

I'm not sure that consumer rights and business use are compatible with each other.  You may have to fall back on the old Sale of Goods Act.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

    I have a Peugeot 5008. 2016.
I got the emissions fault, then countdown.
Mine was a known fault Adblue tank.
Had it scanned, put on ramp to check Adblue injector, they leak and it looks like ice crystals.
Was the tank, replaced under extended warranty.

This guy seems to be the adblue god.

What's been done so far to try and resolve it? Is the van on finance?

I suspect the most prudent option for you at this stage is to get an independent garage to repair it and then take the seller dealer and/or Citroen to court to recoup your money. That should minimize any further time it's unavailable for work.

I have exactly the same problem with a 202 Citroen berlingo started at 9000k miles still unresolved. Did you resolve issues?

I don't know if this will be of any help, but my son had the same with his Berlingo a few months ago.  Our local mechanic said the AdBlue injector pump had failed, he managed to source a used pump for a fraction of the price of a new one.
He told us when he fitted it that there was a fault code on the Nox sensor which he cleared, but he did say it may well come back.  A few days later, the same emissions warning light was back on.  He changed the Nox sensor and all has been well since then.

Wonder if part of the problem is people are using add Blue passed it's shelf life (1 year) which causes. Signs that Adblue may have gone bad include a change in colour, a change in smell, or the formation of crystals or particles.
