Of course!!! They are still refusing point blank to offer anything at all, next step is trading standards. They didn't even bother to cancel the dpd collection. Of course they are not getting it back. Its a lot of hassle and I need a laptop so I might bite the bullet and pay for repair and try to get compensation. I'll check with citizens advice first though. Laptops Direct were so rude and aggressive on the phone and hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone more senior.0
