Alpharooms/ Travel trust withholding refund

I have been informed by the travel trust after many hoops that I’m due a refund for my 2020 holiday. I was told it would be in my bank account by 2nd of April, still not there. What on earth do I do next?? Thankfully I have kept all my emails as proof.

Friday and Monday were Easter Bank Holidays.1

Im just going to keep emailing them and phoning leaving messages. Its so frustrating my friend I was travelling with got her refund last July0
