DRO - Possible? as have recently in past months been a homeowner

We recently sold our home and I couldn't get onto the JT mortgage (poor credit history) for another home, so partner had to go for mortgage alone. I am married and living in the new home for last 6 months. The funds after sale was below £23k and went into the new mortgaged home (£70k Mortgage for partner too)

I have long term unpaid unsecured debts of £28'000.00

Due to illness, I am currently unemployed (not registered yet but about to begin short term time on benefit support of what looks like being £392.16pm)

I am also due into hospital within next 6 weeks where my recovery is estimated at 6 months so any return to work in the future is only looking likely from December 2024.

Would value your opinion that If I looked to enter an application for a DRO how would the above be viewed please?
