Claim status log confusion

Hi Team

Am I right in thinking the court has to log that they she sent you the DQ’s on the claim status and it’s irrelevant that the other side has filed the DQ - also are the courts really this far behind ?

    Yes the case history should say if you were sent a DQ but IMHO, you can't leave it in limbo.

    Download a DQ now and send it to the new CNBC DQ email and to the solicitors, because the latter could request judgment thinking you are at fault.  Let's get the case moving and see it off this year, stop it hanging over you!
