UKPS PCNs at Tile choice Coventry

Hi All, I am new to this Forum. As the registered keeper I have received 2 Parking Charge Notice from UKPS at the Tile Choice shop in Coventry.
The notice shows the Vehicle entering the car park and leaving within approx. 5 minutes.
I have been reading some of the advices on the Newbie Thread and appreciate there is help for these unfair car parking charge notices. I have used the template on the newbie thread to send an appeal for each of the PCN and received a rejection for both appeals within minutes. I would appreciate some help and suggestions on what to do next.
An important thing I believe it's worth mentioning is the fact that the parking space is not well illuminated at night, so it's very easy to miss the signs.
Thanks in advance.

Appeal Response - PCN: - VRM:
Dear
FULL & FINAL RESPONSE WITHOUT PREJUDICE:
Current balance owed: £100
* The balance of £100 will be guaranteed for 14 days from the date of this communication.
* If your Parking Charge Notice remains unpaid after 14 days of this communication, and it is more than 55 days since the date on your initial letter from UKPS Ltd, it is liable to increase further.
Thank you for your recent appeal concerning the above Parking Charge. Our Appeals Manager has personally reviewed this case and has carefully considered the appeal by reviewing the various factors involved. Their view, however, is that the Parking Charge is neither unreasonable nor unjust and so we will not be waiving this parking charge.
When receiving a Parking Charge Notice it is natural to look for help online and there are plenty of advice websites that offer help in getting a Parking Charge Notice cancelled. All that the fake websites do is give false hope and increase the motorist costs and more importantly, waste your time. We note your comments in your appeal, however we see these copy and paste appeals every day and all these copy and paste letters do is give false hope to the appellant, escalate the cost of the Parking Charge Notice and more importantly waste your time.
The area on which you had parked is private land with clear signs which inform all drivers that parking is only permitted during store opening times and is for Tile Choice customers only. Parking is NOT permitted outside of the store opening hours for any vehicle. As you can see from the photographic evidence, the vehicle enters this site and parks onsite for 6 minutes whilst the driver visits the shop over the road. As a result this parking charge notice has been issued correctly and must now be paid.
Please be advised that all photographic evidence can be viewed by typing: xxxxxx in to your top address browser.
The contract that UKPS Limited has with the owner or occupier of the land (which authorises UKPS Limited to enter into a contract with the driver requiring the payment of Parking Charges in respect of parking of the vehicle on the land) contains a confidentiality clause and as such we are not in a position to provide the contract to you.
As a member of the Approved Operator Scheme, UKPS Limited are audited by the IPC to ensure that we have all relevant contracts in place. UKPS Limited will provide the court with a copy of this in full if they require it, or can provide a written statement to this effect from those party to the contract. We are also more than happy to provide confirmation to the independent assessors that we are authorised to manage parking at this site. We can confirm that parking management at this site has been contracted to UKPS Limited.
All of our signage is fully compliant with the guidelines set out within the IPC Code of Practice and we reject the notion that it is in any way unclear or ambiguous. The signage is printed on reflective material and is clearly illuminated in vehicle headlights within hours of darkness.
The highest court in the UK, the Supreme Court, has unambiguously confirmed that parking charges issued on private land are fully enforceable. In the case of Parking Eye v Beavis (2015) UKSC 67 their Lordships stated that private parking charges were enforceable because they served a legitimate interest and were in the interests of the public generally. The case confirmed that the amount of the charge does not have to reflect any loss that might have been caused by breach of the terms and conditions of parking.
The Supreme Court decision is binding law on all other courts throughout the UK.
Another Court decision: example of court decision
We appreciate that this is not the outcome you will have hoped for, however this decision is final.
If you are not happy with our decision, you can contact the IAS standard Appeals service within 21 days of this appeal being declined. Please note that should you choose to appeal with the IAS and they dismiss your appeal, you will be required to pay the full amount of £100.00 within 14 days of the appeal dismissal.
If you choose to do nothing, after 56 days from the incident date, the parking charge will be passed to our debt recovery agent, at which point you will be liable to pay an additional charge of £60, in accordance with our terms and conditions of parking and further charges will be claimed if Court action is taken against you. Any unpaid Court Judgement may adversely affect your credit rating.
PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS LETTER. UKPS LIMITED REGULARLY TAKES MOTORISTS TO COURT WHO IGNORE THEIR PARKING CHARGES.

UKPS are a right laugh in their replies
ignore them from now on2 -
It says the driver used the site to nip to a shop. Really? Do you know why the driver looked for a car park in the evening?
I don't understand. Always park on street.
I am amazed people seek out car parks, which is where the scammers are and is the very last place to drive in. Never look for a car park to park a car briefly for an errand, especially in the evening when street restrictions have ended (and you can't get a PCN by post on-street except in a red route).
Anyway, this is hilarious in UKPS' reply:
"When receiving a Parking Charge Notice it is natural to look for help online and there are plenty of advice websites that offer help in getting a Parking Charge Notice cancelled. All that the fake websites do is give false hope and increase the motorist costs and more importantly, waste your time. "
Ignore them.
Tell them if you move house in 6 years, and insist an old address is always ERASED.
That is all! Don't waste your time on them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks both for your replies. I appreciate it.
Sorry, I should have been more accurate in my description.
Yes it's their car park, but it's on the side of the street with no fence or physical bollard, and as mentioned it's very very dark, so very very easy to miss and fall for the trick if someone is not familiar with the area.
I have indicated where the shop is and where the car was photographed.
I have also taken taken pictures of the area at the night roughly at the same time when the car was photographed, which show how dark is the car park and how easy is to miss the signs.
Also for reference see below the appeal I initially made:
So, shall I do nothing whatsoever for now and just ignore them even if they will send other letters?
Thanks in advance.
