1. The competition promoter is Gap 360, part of Gap 360 Ltd (company no. 7624349) whose registered office is at Aldgate Tower, 2 Leman Street, London, E1W 9US.
2. The prize is one space on a “Aussie Surf Camp” trip, one space on a “Sydney, Bondi and Blue Mountains” trip and an economy return flight from London, UK to Sydney, Australia.
3. You must arrive in Australia on a selected trip start date, subject to availability, before 31st July 2025.
4. Gap 360 reserves the right to swap either trip for a similar one in Gap 360's product portfolio.
5. You must be an entrant of the Gap 360 x New South Wales April 2024 Giveaway to win the prize.
6. The return economy flight from London, UK to Sydney, Australia will be on the airline and route of Gap 360's sole discretion, and will be provided by Gap 360's flight partner, Flights 360. Whilst the winner can request a certain airline, route, seat, and other options, ultimately the flight ticket provided is at Gap 360's sole discretion.
7. Any upgrade fees or additional charges (for example, baggage) will be at the cost of the winner.
8. Transport to and from the departure and arrival airports is not included.
9. Travel insurance, visas, and other ancillary products are not included in the prize unless otherwise stated. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have adequate travel insurance coverage in place for the trip.
10. Extra nights, transfers, upgrades, food, or activities not included within the trip itinerary will be at the winner’s own expense.
11. Successful applicants must be aged between 18-35 at the time of travel.
12. The winner must be a citizen or resident of the United Kingdom or associated territories such as Jersey, Guernsey, or Isle of Man.
13. The winner must be eligible to enter Australia with a visa which they must obtain themselves. If the winner does not meet these requirements they will forfeit the prize.
14. Gap 360 has the right to refuse the prize to an entrant for any reason.
15. Any Covid-19 entry restrictions or requirements, including but not limited to Covid-19 testing, quarantine, PCR testing, and vaccinations will be entirely the responsibility of the winner to adhere to. If the winner is not able to meet these entry requirements they will forfeit their prize.
16. It is the winner's responsibility to adhere to any in-country restrictions regarding Covid-19.
17. If either trip is not able to operate on the winner's selected start date due to in-country Covid-19 restrictions, the winner may select an alternative date. Any reasonable flight cost changes will be covered by Gap 360 as part of the prize.
18. In the event the trip is not able to operate due to Covid-19 in-country restrictions the winner will forfeit the prize, but at Gap 360's sole discretion the redemption validity may be extended.
19. If for any reason the winner is unable to travel on the selected dates or to the destination they will forfeit their prize.
20. The winner grants Gap 360 Ltd permission to share all content the winner creates or obtains during the trip on Gap 360’s marketing channels including but not limited to social media pages, brochures, and the website.
21. In entering the competition by supplying your email address you are agreeing to receive newsletters, updates, and competition information from Gap 360 (Privacy Policy). You may unsubscribe at any time.
22. Employees of Gap 360 or Visit New South Wales, their family members and anyone else connected in with the competition’s set-up, supply or management shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
23. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
24. Closing date for entry is 30th April 2024, however Gap 360 reserves the right to extend or amend this date at any time.
25. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
26. Gap 360 reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
27. Gap 360 is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
28. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
29. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
30. The winner must book their trip for a departure before 31st July 2025 and no later than 84 days before the trip start date. If the winner does not book their trip within this timeframe we reserve the right to withdraw the prize.
31. The departure date of the trip must be by 31st July 2025.
32. Gap 360 will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed.
33. The winner will be selected by Gap 360, and the decision is final.
34. Gap 360's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
35. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
36. Standard cancellation and amendment terms apply to any bookings with Gap 360.
37. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
38. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
39. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
