Closing Nationwide Flex Regular saver, will I get any interest?

If they're anything like Virgin Money, yes it could be expected.

I still have three savings accounts with Virgin that came with current accounts which I since switched 2022!!

If the account isn't empty, check to see if you can create an external payee as you may struggle for access otherwise.
