You don't have to question anything about it then , just file away with the other paperwork, because its not one of the 2 communications I mentioned

See post 4 in the newbies FAQ sticky thread in announcements

As a follow up to my orginal post and subsequent replies, i received my debt collector letter. All looks very threatening, with a lot of scaremongery words, e.g "If you don't respond, you are making an active choice." and "Our client reserves the right to take this as evidence of your intent not to pay." and "Do nothing. Fail to pay and your financial loss will increase significantly if your case goes to court and you are unsuccessful. With this choice we have to: Inform our legal team; Share contact evidence; and Advise legal action starts".

Unless anything has changed, i'm choosing to continue to ignore this. Is this correct?

    Thanks in advance.
No so SMART ..... it will be DRP who sends out such utter rubbish.

"you are making an active choice."
YES you are and that is not to respond to complete ifiots

"Fail to pay and your financial loss will increase significantly"
They have added a fake amount, that's what these idiots do for a living

These uncouth bods are only money scammers with no legal power whatsove

Smart already know about scotland, every Scottish MP knows about Smart Parking

Nothing will happen so just laugh at the April fool letters these cronies send out

This might be the next laughable letter:

It doesn't matter.  Ignore the threatograms.

Ignoring is what I thought/intending to do. Just wanted to double check, so I appreciate the replies. Thanks to all for the advice.

Received the letter from DRP as in your link as predicted.

Very kind of them to provide a case worker that will help me to get a fair outcome and avoid court action.

What's the next stage I need to look out for?

Probably rinse and repeat, file away, no response

If this ever did go further, it would follow the justice system in place in Scotland, Scottish solicitors and sheriff

    The simple justice procedures

    A CASE WORKER ????
What these utter fools mean is ...
    GIVE US YOUR MONEY ?

We have seen a whole host of junk from DRP, AND THIS JUST ANOTHER TRY-ON ...... IT'S SCOTLAND DRP, what of the word SCOTLAND don't you understand ? Talk to us, we will help you understand

This is typical of the type of the BPA membership who dream up stuff that even DISNEY would reject

The CEO of the BPA should be ashamed having this money scammer as a member ... they are cloud dreamers
