Pop Telecom - MSE Deal needs to be ended - Dodgy Company

I signed up for the pop telecom deal through the SME offer.
What a horrible experience these people are.
They will literally say anything to get your business... lie through their teeth.
The fact that I got the recommendation through MSE makes me doubt that MSE should ever be trusted either.
Since then I have been bombarded by calls and txts to a number they 'claimed' would only be used to send a txt message about delivery. In spite of me implicitly telling them it was never to be used at all... and only after they lied and stated it was a 'requirement' after I said I wasn't giving a mobile number to them.
In spite of that... they've still charged my bank account and taken money from my card even after the order was cancelled within the cooling of period as is my right to do so.
Thanks to an MSE recommendation... I've wasted weeks, incurred extra expense from having to stay with my current provider who have once again jacked up prices 20% just like they did with the mid contract price rise last year.
What's the point of this site if it's not going to save you anything, and instead cost you more.

I agree, I chose POP telecom because they were recommended by MSE but they failed to get me a connection at all and never called back when they said they would, or answer my emails. In fact they didn't contact me until I cancelled my contract. I unfortunately waited for over the fourteen days as OFCOM recommended before cancelling but as I still had not not received a service or any explanation as to what has happening I considered that POP telecom had broken the contract, Am I right?
They have also somehow invoiced me for phone calls I supposedly made after I had terminated the contract on a landline that didn't work (and most of them while I was 200 miles away on holiday!) I am not sure if they are dishonest or disorganised. Every time I phone them they seem to be confused about what I am saying.1
