IVA finished but just had letter from credit card co

My IVA finished in December, but today (3/4/24) I have received a letter from a credit card company showing that I still owe nearly £3000.
I don't know what to do about this. I think I should ignore it, but as my IVA has finished, it should only show on my credit file until December next year, but if this credit card debt hasn't been written off, then this could remain on my file.
I thought if there was a majority of creditors willing to accept the IVA, then they all had to, so I am confused as to why I'm getting this letter now.
Have any of you had something similar? Any ideas?
