Stamp Duty on Land

I am interested in buying a small piece of land for keeping chickens etc. It is being sold at auction with a guide price of £45k (although I think this is high). If I were to purchase, would I pay stamp duty. I own my own home already.

It would be non-residential for stamp duty purposes (even though the chickens will reside there!) so no SDLT payable as it's below the £150k nil rate band (but you will need to submit an SDLT return). Owning a house doesn't make a difference.1
