Entry terms and conditions:

Competition

• The promotion is a prize draw (the “competition”) with 1 winner in total.

• The competition is open to all persons over the age of 18. The competition is free to enter. By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• To enter, participants must enter their name and email address into the entry form and sign up to receive the e-newsletter from cottages.com. It will take place from Tuesday 2 April and will run until 23:59 on Monday 22 April 2024 when it closes. The winner will be selected from all successful entries at random.

• One submission per participant will be accepted. If multiple submissions are received from a participant, all submissions of such participant will be considered void and will not be considered.

• By entering your email address, you are agreeing to sign up to our email newsletters. You can opt out of newsletters at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. For more information on how we use your personal data please see our Privacy Notice. By entering the competition, the prize winner grants the promoter permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited)

Prize

• The prize is a £750 e-voucher to spend on cottages.com, a joint National Trust membership and a bundle of doggy goodies from Fortnum & Mason worth over £150. The cottages.com e-voucher will apply to stays between 23 April 2024 and 23 April 2025.

• The prize does not include travel, or any other expenses connected with the accommodation. The prize is subject to the cottages.com Booking Conditions. The accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.

• The winner will be selected on Tuesday 23 April and will be notified within 2 days, by email.

• The winner must contact us and confirm acceptance of the prize within ten days of receiving the notification that they have won. If a winner fails to accept the prize within this time, then a re-draw will take place on the eleventh day and a new winner will be selected and announced.

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. 

Promoter

• The promoter of the competition is Awaze Vacation Rentals Ltd of Sunway House, Raglan Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, England, NR32 2LW (“Awaze”).

• Employees of Awaze and their agents and families are not permitted to enter.

• The promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, by the competition closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions or any other reasons. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.

• Any incomplete, offensive or illegible submissions will be considered void and not counted. The promoter’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the competition at any time.

• The competition is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
