Lloyds won't let me open another monthly saver 369 days after the last one

It has to be over a year since you opened the previous Club Lloyds MS, which was 30th March 2023. As today is the first working day since it is supposed to have matured, I was expecting to see the capital and interest in a new account today, but nothing has happened - no interest and the interest rate unchanged. So what is going on?!

Did you not get a letter, confirming your maturity date, a couple of weeks ago?

I did, and it converted to a Standard Saver the following day.

I seem to remember it doesn't mature immediately after the final payment but I agree with @jamesonline call them and check.

There have been cases in the past when the interest rate had increased.
Where you converted the account to a easy access account the interest  was paid you then closed the account and you where able to open a new Club Lloyds account

I've had monthly savers with other banks where the cash + interest have not turned up (or account renewed) until 1 week after maturity. Some banks / building societies are more prompt than others. Perhaps it is due to bank holidays, IT system quirks, interest hoarding, whatever.
