Really struggling with CEC website tonight...seems to keep crashing, then logging me out.
When i try to log back in, it says my log-in details are wrong.
Also site got stuck in a loop, when checking for deals.
Too many people using it tonight maybe ??

According to grudz on the edf thread, TCB are offering £44 for a duel fuel switch (£22 each), which is clearly better than £20 from CEC...i think i know what Martin would do lol1 -
yep, same here. Had to reset my password, which it’s accepted, but I login and……………nothing shows0

I know my password i right, because i changed it only 30 minutes ago, when i originally couldn't login.
The site is clearly struggling at the moment...with log-ins and more.

I got in, but it says they cant pay cashback for the EDF switch anyway, contrary to the MSE Newsletter!"Energy Club can't automatically monitor this switch or pay cashbackThis supplier won’t let us help you switch to it, unfortunately you’ll have to do it on your own. This means we can’t track your savings for you automatically or pay you any cashback. "0

Topcashback it is then...if grudz is correct (on edf thread)0

Just sorted the move to EDF , didn't bother with cashback (thought I may have had an old TCB account but probably not as password reset didnt arrive ) not really worth signing up for me , but as a low user of electricity , British Gas have me £163 in credit which is 3.5 times my current direct debit amount yet they haven't reviewed it even though prices will have reduced this month.
Won't miss them (only ended up with them because my previous supplier went out of business and we all got transferred as many did)0 -
Seems to be working ok now...presumably because most people are asleep lol0

Trying to use the Cheap Energy Club comparison and it does not show my EoN Next Pledge V1 tariff. All I can select is the V3. That shows me paying £90-£100 more than I actually am. So the comparison is wrong for me I'm finding it hard to work out if I should switch right now.
