Universal credit and sick pay

I have unfortunately been off work for 2 weeks in hospital so couldn’t get to work. I have a fit note from the doctor, just trying to sort out my universal credit account but it asks how much you would be getting in statutory pay and what you would normally get, and when you get to the last page it shows that I would be getting an additional £218.80 on top of my normal pay but obviously I wouldn’t be getting my normal pay? I have tried to message UC but haven’t had a response in a week. I get paid soon and it will be almost half what I would normally get so I’m really concerned that we won’t make it through the month. Thanks

So just to clarify, when you’re off sick, you only get statutory sick pay. You don’t get your normal pay for any period of time? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Less earnings means less deductions from your UC for that month. Is this long term sick or just short term?0
