When or How do i get voided RM, ebay purchased postage refunded?

on 18th March i paid for RM postage through ebay (paypal is my payment method), i voided it as i'd bought the wrong weight and purchased the correct one.
the voided one cleared my bank on the 20th. as of today i still don't have the refund.
any experience of the process?
