    issue date was 8th May. it was posted back on 15th May along with email copy. he stated in his defence that he is not the person named on the claim form nor does the vehicle belong to him. he confirmed there has been a mistake with the name and confirmed that the person named on the claim form does not live at that address

    and yes I did read the newbies section but please show me where in the newbies faq does it mention about where a claim form has been sent to the wrong address ? I took the advice of someone here who advised to respond to the claim form with a defence (brother) and that's what he has done

    Well except that he MIGHT be the correct person on the claim form (it's his name and address). 

    The only certainty is that it's not his car...
