Difficulty Cancelling Car Insurance

Hi there,
So I have been trying to cancel my car insurance for roughly a week. I've phoned and I get the response that there having technical issues. I have also sent emails and tried live chats with an agent. Now my online account will no longer let me log in. Previously when I was able to log in it would not allow me to cancel without speaking to an agent. But when I speak to an agent they tell me to make the cancellation via my account?
Has anyone else had similar problems? I've had to SORN my car as it requires work I honestly thought cancelling the insurance would be much more simple.

Go on social media. Shout about the issue and request a call back.
