CCJ in my name but not my address

I am being pursued by Lowell Debt collection Agency for a CCJ which is in my name but not my address… original debt was T-mobile, which I reported to Action Fraud in 2015, as it’s not my debt, apparently the CCJ was made in 2013 …. I was only made aware of this CCJ in February via Lowell as they bought the debt, I have already completed a N244 form to Northampton Court they have written back to say it was deleted from court records after 3yrs …. They told me I need to now apply to my local court with information i do not have regarding the debt.  I also did a credit report that shows I have no ccj’s …. How can I stop Lowell pursuing me?

While it would be lovely to have this wiped from all record the easiest thing will be to write to Lowells and tell them that 1) it's not your debt and 2) it's time statute barred.  Tell them that they must remove all your details from their systems, records and not contact you again.  Also tell them that if they do contact you in any way you will consider it harassment and deal with it accordingly.

Do this in writing, posted by snail mail.  Do not ring or email them as that just makes it easier for them to harass you.

It's already been litigated and a judgement made therefore the Statute of Limitations does not apply and so cannot be "statute barred".

So what's the solution?  Do a Prove it letter?  To whom? Lowell's or T-mobile?  And then ask for the CCJ to be set aside??
