Contract needs little more than address, names, weekly/monthly periodic rent, and notice period.house rules can be listed totally separately.If lodger act in a way LL does not like and compromise can't be reached, just serve notice and evict. No reason needed and trying to rely on breaches of the contract to evict is a recipe for disaster, - hence no fixed term.0
