Phoned ebad, Mexico & several US centres. Every time they agreed to change my landline verification details , which do not work thanks to ebay glitch, to my mobile details, but the wasters, who I was spending a few hundred quid a month with, fail to do anything. I`m left with the laborious effort of signing in as a guest. Any ideas folks....apart from using Amazon, which I do now, mainly?

I’m not entirely sure I follow what you mean. Are you struggling with 2FA as you’ve lost or changed your personal information or mobile number or something and can’t now log in?You talk of a glitch , what do you mean , have you entered something incorrectly and now need to go through further verification in order to get your account accessible again?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
