 Having made an early booking and paid our deposit we have now received a letter from Mark Warner detailing their new more flexible approach to childcare and dining.
With lunch no longer included and only a half day of childcare each day instead of a full day for our two under fives.
Their current conclusion is that we will have to pay extra on top of the outstanding balance and have to cater for a family of 4 at lunchtime for 2 weeks!
Woohoo what a bargain!!!
My wife called today and told that the "Customer Services" advisor would take it up with a manager and was off tomorrow so would call back next wednesday.
Our 4th booking with Mark Warner and if this not resolved will have to cancel and look elsewhere.
Any ideas or info on what our rights are in this situation?? failing that ideas on alternate operators with similar childcare and sports set ups?

Hi
We are in the same position with Mark warner, we booked and paid a deposit in early december to now find out the package has changed. They have offered us a full refund on our deposit but I am not happy with this.
I have contacted ABTA who have said they are within their rights to do this, again I was not happy with this responce and contacted trading standards who confirmed that a contract was made once the booking was confirmed and the deposit made. They advised me to check Mark warners terms and conditions. Thats as far as i have researched but plan to look into it a bit further.
Fair enough if they want to change the way they want to do things but I think they should honour the bookings and price for those of us who have booked already.
Keep me posted as to how you get on.
