You basically have to restart the process with the correctly identified legal entity, the fees you paid on the one you made an error on are lost and cannot be added to the cost of this second case.0

I feel very out of my depth, I feel I need proper representation but after losing just over £9k I don’t know if I can justify more expense but if I don’t I lose everything!
