    You basically have to restart the process with the correctly identified legal entity, the fees you paid on the one you made an error on are lost and cannot be added to the cost of this second case.

    Its not black and white but for the sake of 2 weeks its probably prudent to to avoid potentially losing a second set of court fees assuming it was sent in the trading style rather than legal entity name

    I feel very out of my depth, I feel I need proper representation but after losing just over £9k I don’t know if I can justify more expense but if I don’t I lose everything!
