Can you clarify, are you saying your payslips show the correct deductions?

Does your Personal Tax Account show different payslip info or no payslip info at all?

Yes payslips appear correct, and zilch on personal tax account.

In that case I don't paying the tax/NI is really your problem.

That isn't actually relevant anyway.

It's the fact that the information hasn't been reported to HMRC which is the real issue, particularly for National Insurance.

Get onto your online tax account and see if this employment is showing on there.

It us possible you have a duplicate record with HMRC. 

They can merge records together. Found using there online chat service easiest.

That's true, but having two records and not seeing either is actually odder than not being able to see just the one expected one 😳
