Tefal quick cup not hot

We bought a Tefal quick cup the other day , The one that is supposed to boil water in 3 seconds.
When we press the button on ours it pours just luke warm water.
Has anyone else had this problem or have any ideas on how to make it hot.

I had one for christmas and the water that comes out is to hot to drink straight away, I think yours must be faulty, sorry I cannot give any more advice.
