My previous two conventional meters would change time every month or two. I had to keep an eye on it to ensure the devices aligned. It was quite nice when we were getting early evening at the off peak rates. However, a smart meter was installed and the sync with a timeserver.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Probably doesn't affect the Midlands but note that some regions have two hours peak rate sandwiched in the middle.Can be very useful for double dipping late nights and early mornings, but can wipe out the savings if you aren't aware.0

I dont mind paying the daily standing charge for there meter if its working correctly but alot are of them are faulty
Which then costs the consumer big time if they dont watch out or realise whats going on then your getting ripped off
and were all paying them to do it to us...That i do mind
