Housing Benefit DWP/Atlas

Just to check do the Housing Benefit Dept have access to the ATLAS information from DWP ?  I'm sure they do, but just want clarification

I will be phoning Tuesday to follow up my 7 week owed HB claim and just want to be sure before I mention it, I have sent evidence as well obviously regarding my entitlement

Then shall phone/contact my local councillor as advised

They should do, but should also have access to CIS/Searchlight, which saves a phone call.

Thanks, not sure what CIS/Searchlight it to be honest

I'm going to try and phone again tomorrow, Its 7 weeks now (although some of the delay was the processing of a an ESA claim to include IR as well) I have stated that at 8 weeks my landlord can serve a Section 8

CIS/Searchlight is just an electronic version which shows the benefit awards.
