  • After today I shouldn't need to spend money, I have had the handy man in to do the bathroom, I like the result (£84 all in), there is just one more man needed that is to put the new to me radiator up, then the bathroom will be complete (oh and a little painting). The radiator going up should hopefully be this month, but we will see. Therefore today is not a NS day, Hopeful for tomorrow.

    - OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
