Cynergy Linked Accounts

I currently have 2 Cynergy accounts that are each linked to withdraw to a different Bank account. They are both however, funded from the same bank account.

So Cynergy acc1 is funded from bank accA and withdraws to A and Cynergy acc2 is funded from bank accA but withdraws to bank acc B.

I thought I recalled getting a message a couple of months back stating that they were moving to only permitting you from depositing and withdrawing to 1 linked account but I cannot locate either an email or letter confirming this. If this is the case, my second account will fail to accept deposits.

Can anyone else recall getting this message or am I confusing Cynergy with another institution?

Neither Mother or I have had this message and we both have our own accounts with them.

I remember receiving such an email from Al Rayan bank but not Cynergy recently, if that helps.

I remember receiving such an email from Al Rayan bank but not Cynergy recently, if that helps.

I had one from Al Rayan too which I was aware of but for some reason thought Cynergy had also sent one. It's the problem of having accounts with so many different organisations. Remembering who said what and when can be a real PITA.
